 Meeting Schedule and Mechanics

We meet in the evening from 7:00pm to 9:00pm of the third Tuesday of each month from September to June excluding December. Currently we meet near the south-eastern edge of Chapel Hill at the Falconbridge Community Center. Members of the group are expected to make a contribution each year to cover costs associated with our meeting place ($20 currently). An email is sent out around the middle of the week prior to the meeting reminding people of the meeting and encouraging people to bring prints.

Directions from Chapel Hill: Take 54 east past Glen Lennox. About 200 yards before you get to I-40, there will be a BP Gas Station on the right. This BP is on 54 and Falconbridge Rd. Turn right onto Falconbridge Rd and go about 150 yards and the Falconbridge Community Center is on the right (it looks like a small wooden ranch style house and has a 2 foot sign by the driveway).

Directions from Durham and/or 15-501 around Durham: Go toward Chapel Hill on 15-501. Go over and left onto I-40 (toward Raleigh). Go about 2 miles and take the 1st exit (Exit 273), Highway 54 toward Chapel Hill. At the top of the ramp, turn right (i.e. toward Chapel Hill), go about 200 yards and turn left onto Falconbridge Road (at the BP Gas Station). Go about 150 yards and the Falconbridge Community Center is on the right (it looks like a small wooden ranch style house and has a 2 foot sign by the driveway).

Directions from RTP and Raleigh: Go west, toward Greensboro, on I-40. Take the second Exit 273 (go under overpass) at Highway 54 toward Chapel Hill. The ramp will turn you around facing toward Chapel Hill, go about 250 yards and turn left onto Falconbridge Road (at the BP Gas Station). Go about 150 yards and the Falconbridge Community Center is on the right (it looks like a small wooden ranch style house and has a 2 foot sign by the driveway).
